Refund Policy
We work diligently with all of our clients from the moment we make first contact. Open communication and transparency is our top priority along with providing our clients with the joy and satisfaction of their project. We will provide clarity with dates and times of scheduled projects. A deposit will be due before any project is scheduled, you will have the freedom to back out of a project no later than three days prior to project start. Clients that respect this boundary will receive a full refund of the deposit. If a client chooses to back out of a project within or after the three day prior to start window, your deposit will not be refunded for the compensation of time and preparation lost on our end. Refund requests introduced after a project is completed will not be accepted.
